Terms of Use - LiftStuff

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LiftStuff application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LiftStuff is a fitness tracking application that helps users monitor their workouts, meals, body measurements, and overall health progress. The App may offer both free and premium subscription features.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions unlock additional features including advanced analytics, unlimited tracking, cloud backups, and priority support.

3.2 Available Plans

We offer monthly and annual premium subscription plans. Both plans include free trial periods for new subscribers. Current pricing and trial periods are available within the App.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Free Trials

Free trials are available for new subscribers. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our App.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
To transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
To impersonate any person or entity
To interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LiftStuff and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LiftStuff be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
